GROUNDJET is an Atlanta executive ground transportation service. This page explains what we collect when you request a journey or email us, and how that information is used.
When you submit a journey request or write to hello@groundjets.com, we receive the details you provide: name, email, phone, travel date, pick-up and drop-off locations, passenger count, type of service, and any additional notes such as flight numbers.
Journey requests submitted on this site are collected by GROUNDJET and emailed to our team. You can also write us at hello@groundjets.com. We do not run advertising pixels or sell lists.
We use your details to quote, confirm, and operate the journey you asked for, and to follow up on that request. We do not sell personal information.
We keep request and booking correspondence as long as needed to provide the service, meet record-keeping needs, and resolve questions about a journey.
We may share trip details with the chauffeur and licensed operator assigned to your journey, and with an FBO, hotel, or venue when coordination is required. We do not share your information for unrelated marketing.
